My go-to FTP app. Allows me to connect to local and remote servers easily. Accessing and working with files is intuitive.

This app does actually connect to the server, but trying to do much while logged in has proved difficult. Once I start a task the app crashes. Then just repeat that last sentence indefinitely.

Unable to unzip password protected ZIP file. Prompts for password but then errors out and unzips 0 byte files.

Great app and it works as a FTP client. 3 stars only because the port number cant be changed other than the default 21. My office FTP server requires port 22 because 21 conflicts with another program.

Not the most user-friendly app, but the FTP protocol is not something I would consider easy to use either. Great way to make minor changes to your code.

Im a bit disappointed that the text editor takes a long time to use, but that is more of an iPhone keyboard issue than the usefulness of this app. Making small changes on the fly is very easy and fast over wifi and 3G/LTE networks. Recommended for any website admin for quick updates, but not as a primary development tool. Thanks Easy FTP!

This app was perfect for accessing my websites PHP files when I needed to make small tweaks, especially when I was on the go. However, trying to edit a PHP file crashes the app. Other text-based file formats dont seem to be causing any issues when trying to Edit.

It has a web browser, Dropbox support (link your Dropbox account and browse that folder as well!), and a really good media player on top of the already superior ftp/sftp functions! I must say, this is the single most useful app I have! Thanks developer(s), I am blown away by your app and its capabilities! Keep up the great work!

Best one Ive used for iOS.

Couldn’t ask for anything different; clean interface and easily navigable file-structure view, bookmarking for connections, and, should a connection fail, there’s a small status output screen at the top. Allows opening downloaded files in other installed iOS apps, which is crucial but, knowing other apps’s quality, I think I should mention it here.

This is the perfect FTP app...no exaggerations! It has SMB built in for movie streaming. You can highlight multiple files at once and transfer. Not to mention it can play mkv movies that you may have transferred. Sick app.....best one hands down!

I use this to make quick edits to html files on a few websites. Lets me store login info for quick access to each site. More convenient than using FileZilla on my laptop. A few minor improvements: -when I edit text (html file) my first screen touch in the text file scrolls me down into the document instead of staying where I touched. Its fine after the first touch though. -when choosing an icon for saved ftp website login I wish I could use the sites own favicon. -when scrolling though file lists everything looks nice except the file icons on the left look crowded. It would be nice if there was a little spacing in between, other than that app looks great! A well designed and useful app, very happy!

this seemed to be the app i wanted. theres a 1.99 version and a 3.99 version. i contacted the developer via their website and asked what the differences between the two versions were. several days went by and i heard nothing from the developer. so i bought the 1.99 version. i have no idea if the 3.99 version is better, but the 1.99 version aint all that great. the user interface leaves a lot to be desired, but the biggest complaint i have is that it doesnt perform well. the most ive been able to get out of it is about 70 KB/s (kilobytes per second) uploading to a server via my cellular connection. and i know for a fact -- because of other apps that perform site-specific uploads -- that i can get 100s of KB/s for uploads via my cellular connection. lame. save your money. the developer is non-responsive and the app is iffy. why oh why doesnt the app store have an easy refund policy? because that would mean that a lot of developers would be refunding a lot of money, thats why. people tell me that "its just 1.99" and i respond "well, if its just 1.99 then the developer can refund my money."
